Owned by Dr. Annie and Dr. Brandon and located in Bondurant, Iowa, the practice emphasizes a holistic approach that empowers individuals and families to move and live well.

The identity was designed around Rooted Family Chiropractic's belief that healing begins at the source. The custom symbol combines a spine with organic roots and leaves to represent alignment, growth, and the body's natural ability to heal when properly supported. A rounded serif typeface brings warmth and approachability while adding a sense of trust and education, reflecting the practice's mission to teach and empower families through natural, root-focused care.
